Whether you are looking to enjoy your boat for one month or one year with us we have what you are looking for. Wet slip storage and liveaboards slips are available at our facility. If you would like to come by and tour the facility feel free to contact us or come on by and one of our staff members will happily show you around and answer any of your questions. Happy boating!!!

Wet Slip

Annual Lease - $7.75/ft/month
Semi Annual - $9.50/ft/month
MTM - $12.00/ft/month
Water is included in all prices above. Electricity is metered monthly for liveaboards and a flat fee is applied to non-liveaboards. Wireless internet is available at $31.95/month through NanoDocks WIFI.

Other Info...

Insurance requirements - $500,000 minimum liability with Willoughby Harbor Marina added as "Additional Insured."
If annual contract is prepaid a 6% initial discount is applied.
Water is provided on all docks without charge.
Live-aboard fee is an additional $125/mo. + $75/mo. per additional person onboard - availability limited, 32' minimum.
